The Ebco executive team enlisted LR Consulting to project manage and copy write the new site launch alongside award-winning design and development agency Elegant Seagulls. Combining unique navigation for an exciting UX unique to the B2B innovation industry, LR Consulting supported the build-out of an extensive content library entitled Insights as well as directed the development of the site’s Client Experience page. Improvements in site SEO have generated increased traffic since launch, which continues to grow.

Fractional CMO: Sweet E’s Bake Shop

Celebrities and consumers alike have flocked to Sweet E’s Bake Shop since the brand first started as a food truck roaming Beverly Hills in 2009. Since then, the beloved brand grew into a brick-and-mortar location, then pivoted to e-commerce in early 2020. As we all emerged from pandemic closures in late 2021, Sweet E’s executive team sought to invigorate the brand and make it digitally native for the first time in the brand’s history. In January 2022, Sweet E’s enlisted LR Consulting to perform a complete brand and company refresh: new logo, new collateral, new menu offerings, new pricing, new promotions, and, the biggest update of all, a new website at sweetesbakeshop.com. In addition to managing key brand initiatives, LR Consulting also hired, managed and created strategy for a new social media team, new performance marketing agency, new graphic design team, new customers service team, new Shopify-based optimization team and implemented new marketing tools like Okendo, Klaviyo and Gorgias, among others.

On the eve of their $33M Series A from General Catalyst, Accel, and Google Ventures, they enlisted LR Consulting to help them upgrade their brand and redesign their entire website in WebFlow to ensure it reflected the forward-thinking ethos of the company. LR Consulting worked with founder Brooke Harris to expand the company’s D2C marketing efforts including an audit of existing customer communications and sales funnel activities. After a UX review, LR Consulting recommended changes to GoodMylk’s shop, resulting in a 30% increase in sales in less than two weeks.

As the brand participated in Techstars Anywhere 2020, LR Consulting also worked with the team to update the brand messaging, website and built an email marketing platform to better suit the brand’s growth strategy.
